  1. We will refund your order (including shipping costs) if your product is incorrect, defective or damaged during shipment. 

  2. Since we are a print-on-demand provider, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to buyer's remorse or incorrect sizes. However, if you contact us with the details of your order, we will do our best to support you.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, you must contact our Customer Service within 7 consecutive days of receiving your purchase. During this communication, kindly express your intention to return the item and provide a picture of the product. This allows us to process your request promptly.

Evaluation of Returned Products:

Once we receive your return request, our team will evaluate the item to determine if it has been used or damaged, even if only partially. Please note that if the product shows signs of use or destruction, we may not be able to issue a refund.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Shipping fees for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified.

We have outlined our return policy below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process for you:

Claims for Misprinted/Damaged Items

  • If you receive a misprinted or damaged item, please submit a claim within 30 days after receiving the product with supporting evidence such as photographs. 
  • If the error is deemed to be our fault, we will cover the expenses associated with the claim.
  • We will send you a return shipping label and cover all costs.

Lost package

  • If you do not receive your package within the estimated delivery date, please contact us. Your claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. This time frame allows us to take prompt action and work towards a resolution.

Returns and Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color or return it , please contact our customer support team. 
  • Provide your order details and the reason for the return.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • We do not refund orders for our client remorse. 
  • If you reside in Brazil and find yourself wanting to return a purchase, we kindly ask that you reach out to our Customer Service team. Please inform us of your intention to return the item within 7 consecutive days from the date of receiving it. To initiate the return process, it would be helpful if you could provide a picture of the item. Once we receive your withdrawal request, our team will carefully evaluate the item to ensure it has not been used or destroyed, even in part. If the product meets our return criteria, we will proceed with the refund process. However, please note that if the item shows signs of use or damage, we will be unable to issue a refund.
  • You may be responsible for any price difference between the exchanged or returned items, including shipping costs.

Wrong Address

  • If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. 
  • In such cases, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. 

Unclaimed Shipments

  • If you fail to claim your shipment and it is returned to our facility, please be aware that you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package. 

EU Consumer Rights

  • According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.
  • Consequently, Unlocked Tees reserves the right to refuse returns for such items at its sole discretion

As we operate from multiple distribution centers, we will provide you with the address of the nearest center for you to return your items to. When initiating a return, please ensure that the package is addressed to "Unlocked Tees Returns." This designated return address helps us efficiently process and manage returns. Kindly use this specific address to ensure that your returned items are correctly received and processed by our team.

The return addresses provided below are intended solely for the purpose of returning purchased products. We kindly request that you use this address exclusively for returning items. Please note that any other types of correspondence, such as notices or letters, sent to this address will not be processed and will be returned to you. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

  • Packages sent out from our Latvian facilities are automatically returned to Plienciema 5, Marupe, Marupes novads, LV-2167, Latvia.
  • Packages sent out from our Spanish facility are automatically returned to Travessía Prat de la Riba, 91-95, 08849 Sant Climent de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain.
  • Packages sent out from our UK facility are automatically returned to Antar 2 Headway Road, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV10 6PZ.
  • Packages fulfilled by our partner facilities in Australia are returned to: 40 Tanimbla Street, Kedron, Queensland 4031, Australia (apparel orders); 338 Albert St, Brunswick VIC 3056, Australia (non-apparel orders, except for phone cases); 6 Axis Crescent, Dandenong South VIC 3175, Australia (phone cases).
  • Packages fulfilled by our partner facility in Japan are returned to: Komiyaji 817-3, Shinwamachi, Amakusa, Kumamoto prefecture, 863-0101 Japan.
